To meet this challenge any organisation to survive and thrive must learn to change with the market and times. If we are to have organisations that need to change we have to have managers and leaders that can lead change - in themselves and facilitate this in others.
Often change is used as a catch-all term - but at
we think of it as any change in behaviour.
Organizational Behaviour - which is mostly seen as actions - is the sum of professional skills affected by personal skills and behavioural aspects such as; habits, beliefs, values, attitudes, motivation, thoughts, and unconscious drivers.
In change, and particularly when the organisation is trying to change its culture, a considered and planned approach to people and organisational change is essential and talented change leaders are recognised as the critical platform for successful organisational change and learning initiatives.
We know that organisations are complex, people are complex, change is complex - let's recognise it, work with it, do it well, do it with heart and make it happen.
